    This season is looking to be a good one! Snow is already falling and owner's are just giving me their units now for rental. You are still early, have no fear! I can get you most weeks, I just need your dates. New Year's weeks are booking almost as fast as I get them from owner's, but most other weeks are becoming available.

    Remember, these are private rentals of timeshare units. The Cliff units run either Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday. The Iron Blosam units are only Saturday to Saturday. The best deals are for the full week rental. Plan accordingly!

    Prices vary by week, unit type and owner. If you don't see the week you want on my availability calendar, please email me and request it. Some owners need to be persuaded to list their unit! Low season weeks can go as low as $1400 per week per room in the winter for the smaller rooms. Holiday weeks can be more than double that, especially for the larger Iron Blosam suites! Some discounts can be had when booking adjoining rooms, but it's all dependent on the week.

    Spring/Summer/Fall Weeks are usually available upon request, please call or email me with your dates. Prices are considerably lower than Winter units!
